Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to guests, guiding them through our drink and food menus.
- Take orders, serve beverages and food, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation and stocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a serving or support role in a restaurant, bar, or lounge is preferred.
- Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Must be at least 18+
