Position Overview:
We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Barback to support our bartending team and enhance our guest experience. As a Barback, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a well-organized bar area, ensuring bartenders have everything they need to create cocktails efficiently, and contributing to a welcoming environment. Your work behind the scenes will help us deliver seamless, top-tier service to every guest.

• Stock and Restock: Maintain inventory levels by stocking spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and bar essentials like glassware, napkins, and garnishes.
• Clean and Organize: Ensure the bar area is clean and organized throughout the shift, clearing away used glassware and wiping down surfaces.
• Assist Bartenders: Respond quickly to bartenders’ needs, such as fetching ingredients, tools, and assisting with garnishes.
• Prepare Garnishes: Slice, dice, and prepare garnishes like lemons, limes, and other items before and during shifts.
• Restock Supplies Post-Shift: Help the team reset the bar for the following day, restocking and cleaning up any areas as needed.
• Glassware Handling: Collect and wash glassware from bar areas, ensuring enough clean glasses are available at all times.
• Comply with Health and Safety Standards: Follow sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

• Experience: Previous experience as a barback, busser, or in another support role in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team Player: Friendly and reliable, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
