Desired Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years as a Bartender in busy upscale restaurants 
• Preference: Experience in an Italian, Mediterranean, or California-inspired restaurants
• Skills: Personable and professional demeanor with strong communication abilities
• Ability: Stay positive and composed under pressure, ensuring smooth service execution
• Availability: The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability is preferred
