Pizzaiolo

Looking for a full time or part time pizzailo for a busy new Wine Bar in bed stuy, brooklyn, Bar BIrba. Our focus is on Italian wine and aperitivi to be served along side pizza al taglio. We have a large gas pizza oven. The pizzaiolo position encompasses making pizza, breads and salads during service. Additional resposibilities will include prepping ingredients, our dough and potentially a few other simple dishes.
