We are seeking a passionate Server Assistant to join our team!

• Service Support: Assist servers and other front-of-house staff in providing seamless service, including resetting tables, refilling water.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and well-prepared for each course, paying close attention to the guest's pace and needs.
• Coordination: Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and back-of-house spaces.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring a warm and attentive experience.
• Attention to Detail: Monitor table settings to ensure alignment with fine dining standards, replacing or correcting items as necessary.
