4 Star Restaurant Group Marketing Intern (Social Media & Community Engagement)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid | In-restaurant and Office located in Wicker Park)

Position Overview:
4 Star Restaurant Group is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team part-time. If you're passionate about social media, have experience managing multiple accounts, and thrive in dynamic environments, this role is for you. This position will assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance our online presence and foster community engagement. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community building.
Job Responsibilities:
• Fully manage and execute social media content creation, posting, and scheduling across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Engage with the community online, fostering connections with our guests and building brand awareness.
• Assist in developing content calendars that align with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on new initiatives and special projects.
• Track social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement.
• Participate in content creation sessions at our restaurants to capture moments that resonate with our audiences.
• Support additional marketing efforts as needed, such as email campaigns, event promotions, and in-restaurant activations.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience fully owning social media accounts and executing end-to-end content strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with online communities.
• A creative mindset with basic photography and video skills is preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and work independently.
• Restaurant experience or a strong interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk/ table and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities location on the second floor.
