We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef de Partie to join a prestigious private members club in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional chef to work in a luxury environment with a high level of culinary expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Section Management: Oversee your section, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent dish quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Inventory & Hygiene: Monitor stock, ensure proper food storage, and maintain cleanliness.
- Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff and management for smooth operations.
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and kitchen knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($22.50 - $23.25)
