Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficient management.
  • Maintain high standards in guest service, food quality, and overall dining experience.
  • Train, mentor, and manage staff to provide exceptional service, particularly in pairing wine and spirits with dishes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams on menu planning, special events, and promotions.
  • Manage wine and spirits inventory, ensuring appropriate selection, procurement, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
  • Create and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications:
 
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage pairings (Sommelier certification or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $110,000.00)
