• Provide excellent customer service to your guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, paying close attention to dietary restrictions.
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate discrepancies/errors to management/kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Upsell food and beverages to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.

- Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast pace restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work dinner and brunch.
