SERVER:

Ensure every drink is made with precision and presented beautifully. • Customer Engagement: Greet guests warmly, engage in conversation, and make personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere at the bar. • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the cocktail, wine, beer, and food menus. Provide guests with detailed information and recommendations, including food and drink pairings. • Service Efficiency: Manage multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate service. Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless service flow. • Inventory Management: Monitor bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Communicate low stock levels to management and assist with restocking and organizing the bar. • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area. ASSISTANT SERVER:

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. • Customer Interaction: Provide support to bartenders during busy shifts by engaging with customers when needed, taking orders, and delivering drinks to tables if required. • Glassware Handling: Ensure that all glassware is clean, polished, and available for use. This includes running glassware through the dishwasher and organizing it for easy access during service. • Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the bar area is safe for both staff and guests. This includes proper handling of glassware, alcohol, and bar equipment. • Assist with Bar Setup and Breakdown: Help with setting up the bar before service begins and breaking it down at the end of the night.
