Key Responsibilities:
• Coffee Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and tea beverages consistently and according to our standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service with a focus on creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.
• High-Volume Handling: Efficiently manage high-volume periods, particularly during morning rush hours, while maintaining quality and speed of service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation, effective communication, and a positive atmosphere.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the barista station, seating areas, and equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility: Adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with regular customers and contribute to a sense of community within the cafe.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and a passion for coffee culture.
