Recreation Bar, located at the Moxy Hotel FiDi, is currently seeking an ambitious Food and Beverage Coordinator. A multifaceted role, this key position will work closely with the Food and Beverage Director, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Ownership.
Guest and Public Relations
- Meet regular and VIP guests as needed.
- Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.
- Attend client functions as and when required.
- Entertain existing and potential clients to maintain customer loyalty
Administration
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Complete orders for supplies
- Assist in the execution of any and all marketing initiatives in property marketing plans.
- Provide general Office and Administrative support
- Menu printing
Misc. Duties
- Attend any meetings or training sessions or courses as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by performing such duties as attending to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently, and accepting changes or additions in work hours, which are necessary for the maintenance of uninterrupted service to hotel guests and patrons.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to learn and improve the knowledge of the job.
- Undertake any reasonable request made by a member of management.
Position Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Google Work Space (sheets, docs, etc)
- Experience with Reservation platforms (OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, etc)
- Minimum2 years office management, office coordinator, or food and beverage administration
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of POS required
