Founded by Chef James Taylor, whose experience at Michelin-starred havens Alinea (★★★) and Roister (★)
aids in his modern interpretation of classic American take-out. 

We are seeking individuals that have a desire to work and grow in the hospitality industry and have a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences. 

The Support Staff position combines hospitality, leadership, and organizational skills to create a welcoming and seamless experience for each and every guest. Support staff is responsible for (but not limited to) creating positive guest experiences, taking orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting in opening/closing side work.

Qualifications:

• High emotional intelligence
• Charisma to enhance the atmosphere at "The Window"
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences
• Communication and interpersonal skills 
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Cash handling
• Familiarity with Toast is a plus
