As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to Chef's recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic people to join our team and contribute to the success of our exciting new restaurant in Miami Beach.
Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Station Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, ensuring all prep and mise en place are ready for service
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure food quality and consistency, checking for taste, appearance, and portion size
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory checks, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredients
- Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
- Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Compensation Details
Compensation: Weekly ($1,000.00 - $1,200.00)
