Positions Available
We’re hiring for multiple FOH roles to join our team:

• Bussers: Support servers by clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
• Servers: Deliver exceptional table service, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure every guest leaves delighted.
• Hosts: Greet guests with a smile, manage reservations and walk-ins, and keep the front area welcoming.
• Bartenders: Craft signature cocktails, pour wines, and serve drinks with precision and flair while engaging guests at the bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service
• Uphold Isabelle’s standards of service and hospitality in every interaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for all positions
• A genuine passion for food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
