Midtown Athletic Club Chicago Is Hiring a Full-Time/Part-Time, Host. The schedule will consist primarily of morning shifts, with open availability needed for an occasional evening shift.

The Need to Know:

• Based on Experience the hourly pay for the position is $16.50 per hour plus tips. The tip average is a range of $15-$40 per day per associate based on hours worked. 
• The benefits Midtown Athletic Club offer full-time associates include, health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/Sick Time, Maternity and Paternity Leave. Additionally all of our associates are also members of Athletic Club and receive a full employee membership.
• The Restaurant shifts begin at 8am open until 3:30pm.
• Afternoon and Evening Shifts begin at 3:30pm to 9:00pm depending on the shift needs.
• Associates are required to pass a background check as part of the onboarding process.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

• Setting Up for Success. Whether it be Host, Support or Runner, arriving on time and setting up the restaurant for service.
• Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary workspace
• Working with teammates to provide exceptional service and maintain a consistent and steady pacing for service and tables.
• Greet and seat members and answer all questions
• Alert servers when tables are in need of attention
• Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves
• Building lasting relationships with current members and staff through social interactions and conversation
• Stocking/inventory
• Assist in making reservations through RESY for members
