Michelin Starred Chef John Fraser has opened his newest restaurant in the heart of Boston. We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to bring their culinary expertise and creativity to our bustling kitchen at The Vermilion Club within Winthrop Center in Boston’s financial district.
Seriously interested candidates must be passionate, organized, hard-working and self-motivated. Candidates must also have a strong desire to learn and grow in addition to strong communication skills and is a team player.
Experience with Steak, Fine Dining, and Raw Seafood is a huge plus and will be given priority in the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Food preparation, cooking, and food handling experience
- Previous restaurant and kitchen experience
- Culinary background with fine dining experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knife skills and meal preparation knowledge
- Experience in menu planning is a plus
- Familiarity with catering and serving is beneficial
- Dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous
