Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Pastis Miami is an expansive 8,000-square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, welcomes guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.
We are seeking motivated Barbacks who are true team players, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are warm and gracious under pressure.

The desired candidate will have:
- 1+ year of experience barback or bar prepping experience in a fast-paced upscale restaurant
- Strong organizational skills, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn
- Able to take instruction and direction with a positive attitude
- Professional, polished, and personable demeanor

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($8.98) plus tips
