We're seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Bartender for Protégé, and eventually our upcoming cocktail bar concept expected to launch in Q2 2025.
Inspired by our favorite cocktail bars in Tokyo, London, and New York City, the new concept will apply a level of creativity and technique to beverage that Michelin-starred chefs utilize in cuisine. Harnessing the best of Japanese and American bartending styles, we will blend traditional and cutting-edge techniques with the style and ease of modern mixology.
We will have a dedicated ‘lab’ for our bartending team to use for development and innovation. The space will be equipped with state-of-the-art tools including a GiroVap, Spinzall culinary centrifuge, CRYOVAC vacuum chamber system, culinary dehydrator, forced-carbonation equipment, and a canning machine.

Our ideal candidate is creative, warm, and outgoing. High-level bartending experience (i.e. cocktail batching, hydrocolloids, culinary centrifuge, culinary dehydrator, etc...) and some fine dining experience is preferred. However, as our name implies, we're looking for someone who we can mentor and help to reach their full potential. A passion for learning and the ambition to grow is essential!
Please note: This is a full-time position. We do not offer part-time roles.
