Ugly Duckling, a chic new wine and cocktail bar opening in the vibrant Shaw neighborhood of DC, is seeking talented and passionate Servers to join our opening team.

About the Role:

As a Server at Ugly Duckling, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails, combined with your friendly and outgoing personality, will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Possess a strong knowledge of wine and spirits.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bartender/Server preferred.
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
TIPS certification.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00) plus tips
