Job Description:
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in our kitchen, assisting the executive Chef in menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen management. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Your expertise in Korean culinary techniques and ingredients will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef in menu planning and development of dishes.
- Prepare and cook high-quality food in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
