What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Server/Captain who thrives in a refined yet dynamic environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth operations, and guiding a team of servers to meet and exceed our high standards. Whether you’re creating memorable guest experiences or supporting your team, your commitment to hospitality will elevate every dining occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house team during service, ensuring that all guests receive seamless, high-end service.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide personalized, attentive service to each guest while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
- Guest Relationships: Build lasting relationships with guests by anticipating needs, making thoughtful recommendations, and creating memorable experiences that keep them coming back.
- Menu Knowledge: Possess deep knowledge of our French-American menu, including wines, cocktails, and daily specials, and be able to confidently discuss and suggest dishes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with both front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service, address any issues that arise, and provide guidance and support to fellow team members.
- Training & Development: Lead by example, providing mentorship and training to junior servers, setting the tone for high standards and teamwork.
- Maintain Atmosphere: Ensure that the dining area remains elegant, welcoming, and organized throughout service.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service, with at least 1 year in a leadership or captain role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine and beverage pairings, and guest engagement.
- Vibe: You’re polished, yet approachable, with a natural ability to engage guests and foster relationships.
- Team Player: You are an advocate for teamwork, communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and presentation, ensuring every guest experience is flawless.
