Knightsbridge Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and collaborate directly with the Executive Chef to lead and manage all facets of the FOH and operations. The Assistant GM will continue to build a better brand with the best management and staff by constantly improving our food and service while focusing on our our guests and providing unparalleled hospitality. This position requires flexibility and a wide range of hospitality, service and business acumen. The Assistant GM actively embodies, inspires and teaches skills that will elevate the core values of our company.
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Work with the General manager to achieve individual performance goals and metrics that profitably grow the business while strengthening our brand and culture.
Continuously recruit strong candidates for all positions and grow through empowerment and development
Skills and Requirements:
3+ years experience in fine dining
2 years experience as a Assistant GM in business over 3-4 million in sales
Experience in all facets of a fine dining restaurant
Specific knowledge of Purchasing, Receiving, Maintenance, Inventory, Cash handling procedures and controls
Operations experience in Maitre d' position, Bar Management, Wine Director, Service Director, Special Events.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Leadership & Organizations Management Skills
Proficient in Restaurant Systems (Micros/OT) and Toast
Excellent Dining Room and Facilities Operations Knowledge
Food & Beverage knowledge with a solid understanding of wines of all regions and spirits
