We are excited to announce the opening of our new Mediterranean restaurant in Manhattan, early 2025! We are committed to offering an unforgettable dining experience, featuring authentic flavors and warm hospitality. Looking for a dedicated Service Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the GM to manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service across all areas of the restaurant.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
-Lead the service team in upselling and any other service trainings
-Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, menu updates/ printing etc.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing, and company policies.
Qualifications:
-Able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs (Weekends, nights and holiday availability required)
-Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
-Prior work experience as a floor manager.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Problem solving skills.
-Familiar with Resy and Toast a plus.
