St Jardim - West Village, NYC

About Us
St Jardim is a natural wine bar and café in the heart of the West Village, serving breakfast and dinner. We're a high-volume establishment known for our commitment to quality and warm service. Our tight-knit team shares a passionate culture and dedication to craft beverages, including specialty coffee and natural wines.

We roast our own coffee but also bring in guest roasters like Ilse, Sey and Heart.

Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Lead Barista to join our team. This role combines technical coffee expertise with additional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Details
- Friday through Tuesday
- 6-9 hours per shift, all morning shifts (start times vary between 6:30am and 8:30am
- Start date: Within next month

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of specialty coffee experience
- Valid Food Handler's Card
- All the nerdy stuff; TDS measurement, cupping, etc
- Training experience

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($14.00 - $20.00)
