Summary (description):
We are looking for passionate and like-minded individuals to become part of our front of house team at Niku. While our restaurant is centered around Japanese Wagyu and open fire cooking, our cuisine is built on a foundation of respect for seasonality, high quality ingredients, advanced techniques and a focus on sound cooking skills.
Michelin-Star Niku is a collection of passionate, creative professionals who are committed to service at the highest level. We pride ourselves on giving our guests the experience of a lifetime, with none of the pretension that has made some shy away from dining at this level.
Essential Functions include but may not be limited to:
- Minimum of 2 year relevant experience in a fine dining establishment; Michelin experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced food, wine, and spirits knowledge; Sommelier Certifications a Plus!
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills; Fluency in English.
