Professor Pizza, born from deep Italian-American culinary roots, is a passion project by a Chicago native whose journey in the food industry has been marked by both tradition and innovation. After refining his skills in some of Chicago’s finest restaurants, Tony pursued specialized training with world-renowned pizza experts Tony Gemignani and Laura Meyer. This experience, coupled with annual competitions in the International Pizza Challenge in Las Vegas, fueled his love for pizza and competition, giving rise to his moniker, Professor Pizza.

The Professor’s mission is to blend educational endeavors with culinary expertise, teaching about the rich tapestry of Italian and Chicago food cultures while delivering pizzas that are not just meals, but memorable experiences.
