Job description

We are looking for a part time brunch cook to help work the grill and fry station on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3:30pm.

What we're looking for:

  • At least two years of experience as a Line Cook.
  • Effective communication skills in English. (spanish is a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and anticipate
  • Ability to be flexible and always maintain a curious demeanor
  • Thorough knowledge of food handling practices
  • Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute a station.
  • You will help monitor kitchen standard operating procedures to ensure food safety and consistency with the brand's standards
  • You will ensure DOH standards are always followed and that the kitchen is ready to get an "A" at any moment's notice!
  • A good nature and positive attitude. (ability to be adaptable)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
