-Ability to work an open schedule; days, nights, weekends & holidays-Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable, punctual and self- motivated-Desire to continuously learn, grow and strive to create a positive and fulfilling atmosphere-Tow years NYC or comparable restaurant experience required
-Willingness to provide an excellent guests experience
-Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is required
Job Description:
- Promptly deliver food orders to the correct tables with precision, ensuring guests receive their meals in a timely manner.
- Support servers as needed to provide guests with immediate and attentive service.
- Uphold an inviting dining atmosphere with an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude.
- Provide engaging and vivid descriptions of each dish’s ingredients, flavors, and preparation to enhance the guest experience.
- Participate actively and attentively in pre-service meetings.
- Keep workstations fully stocked and maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout each shift.
- Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout all restaurant areas, ensuring a polished appearance before, during, and after service.
- Complete assigned side duties as directed by management.
- Communicate consistently and clearly with team members, management, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Report to shifts on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work.
- Act responsibly to uphold the integrity, assets, and reputation of the restaurant.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed to support restaurant operations.
