The upscale casual restaurant allows for creativity with its seasonal menu and weekly specials. This is a very popular gathering spot, especially during ski season. Please note this resort is located about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Washington, DC.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manger or Executive Sous Chef
Experience with managing inventory, ordering and scheduling.
Ability to provide leadership and work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to handle high volume seasons.
Positive attitude.
