The Occidental is in search of Front Servers who are excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.

Desired candidates will have:
- 3+ years of experience in an upscale restaurant providing high-quality service
- Great communication skills and ability to create positive personal interactions
- A genuine eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality to all guests
- Ability to verbalize the food and beverage menu exhibiting thorough product knowledge
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Prior experience using a POS system and cash handling
- A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team
