Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Manager to oversee daily operations, service flow, and staff at ILIS. You’ll be part of a passionate team that brings wonderful personality and energy to the restaurant. This role offers consistent weekly schedules, regular days off, and growth opportunities within our expanding restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Collaborate with kitchen, somm and bar teams to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Implement processes that enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with NYC regulations.
- Handle guest feedback promptly, fostering a welcoming and positive dining environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of management experience in an established restaurant, fine dining background a plus
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for food, beverage, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Familiarity with NYC restaurant regulations is preferred.
