Desired Qualifications:

Experience making fresh pasta from scratch and working a busy pasta station
Experience in an Italian, Mediterranean, or California inspired restaurant is preferred
Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
Ability to multitask and complete a prep list in an organized and efficient manner
Full-time availability and the ability to work AM shifts
