Realmuto Hospitality Group is excited to announce the opening of our new location in the Penn Station. We’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled barista and gelato counter staff to join our dynamic team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek energetic and friendly professionals with a passion for hospitality. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year of experience in a barista or gelato counter role is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, teas, and juices.
- Scoop and serve gelato according to our company standards, adhering to temperature guidelines.
- Assist with bakery and juice counter handling as needed.
- Operate the cash register and take orders using the Toast POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, ensuring products are well-stocked and areas are properly sanitized.
- Open and close the cafe, including setting up food displays and conducting inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Share your knowledge of our baked goods, beverages, and gelato with customers to enhance their experience.
- Lift and carry items weighing over 25 pounds as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
