We are looking for a Executive Chef with a strong foundation in culinary leadership to take reins of a well-established, busy, profitable restaurant with a high profile. The ideal candidate will be a highly professional team player, act as a mentor to their staff, be collaborative with their colleagues, lead through example, and demand attention to detail. We are seeking a leader with a passion and knowledge for the business and leaders that want the responsibility of driving our business forward while taking ownership of their work. A successful Executive Chef leads a succesful team and owns the overall kitchen budget as well as implements innovative systems to increase revenu streams. This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and leading all kitchen personnel, ordering, food and labor cost management, creating relationships with vendors, collaborating on menu creation, daily specials and expediting. We are seeking a passionate and innovative chef looking for a new challenge. A chef that wants to elevate our dining experience and create unforgettable dishes. We are seeking an executive chef that will have menu development skills and creation of special dishes; inventory management and ordering; hiring, training, scheduling and management of BOH staff; thorough understanding of food and labor cost analysis and control. Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $110,000.00)
