We're Hiring: Floor Manager / Service Manager

Who We’re Looking For:
A passionate and experienced Floor Manager / Service Manager who thrives in fast-paced, service-forward environments. You’ll be the heartbeat of the dining room—leading the floor with poise, motivating a professional service team, and ensuring that each guest’s experience is seamless, welcoming, and unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service, ensuring floor operations run smoothly and efficiently

• Manage and support front-of-house (FOH) staff: hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, resolving issues calmly and promptly

• Ensure team alignment, and maintain high service standards

• Collaborate with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Executive Chef on guest feedback, service improvements, and team development

• Uphold a polished and professional atmosphere aligned with our upscale identity

• Monitor dining room flow, table turns, pacing, and Resy|OpenTable reservation management

• Assist with onboarding, and training new FOH team members

Qualifications:

• 3–4+ years experience in a leadership role within a high-end or fine dining restaurant experience 

• Strong floor presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for hospitality, guest relations, and team leadership

• Experience with mezzeh-style or Mediterranean cuisine a strong plus

• Proficiency with POS/reservation systems (e.g. Toast, Resy, or OpenTable)

• Classic wine service knowledge 

• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and attentive to detail

• Availability days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
