Duties and Responsibilities:
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant in a timely, accurate, courteous, and friendly manner.
Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders, and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum age requirement of 21 years
- Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, honest, self-motivated
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Familiar with Toast point-of-sale
Skills: - Working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
- Working knowledge and ability to operate standard bar equipment
- Working knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies and applicable laws and regulations regarding the service and
- consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment maintaining high energy level
- Planning, decision-making, problem solving, and teamwork
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.28) plus tips
