This exciting Assistant Front Office Manager role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a talented service team in a dynamic hospitality environment. This position allows for creativity, warmth, and the chance to develop meaningful connections with guests from around the world. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee the team, train and mentor new hires, and set an example by providing exceptional guest service every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction & Service:
    Engage with guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service from arrival to departure. Lead by example in creating memorable guest experiences, teaching team members to extend genuine warmth and care.

  • Leadership & Mentorship:
    Train, supervise, and mentor the Front Office team, fostering a positive work environment where team members are supported to thrive. Develop a culture of enthusiasm, teamwork, and professionalism that elevates guest satisfaction.

  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee daily Front Office operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and manage a seamless and smooth operation for guests and staff alike.

  • Problem Solving & Communication:
    Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and other departments to support smooth operations.

About You:

  • Experience:
    At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a Front Office or similar hospitality department, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel setting.

  • Education:
    A diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and a proven track record in guest engagement and team management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • A hands-on, lead-by-example approach and a commitment to inspiring the team.
  • Flexibility:
    Willing and able to accommodate a varied schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
