Chef de Partie, The Wild
From the Gozu team, The Wild, a new concept from Chefs Marc Zimmerman, Peggy Tan and Mark Lieuw is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our kitchen team.
Requirements : A culinary degree is preferred but not required, professional, positive attitude, determined work ethic, communication skills, ability to work alone as well as with a team, experience within a fine dining/Michelin environment. We are a very small team so the ability to wear several hats throughout the day is essential.
40-45hrs/5 day week

The Wild embarks on a journey that delves into a reconnection with the natural world, emphasizing a return to our roots and the simplicity of nature. Pristine, California and coastal ingredients take center stage, are cooked over a live fire hearth in the center of the restaurant and are presented by our chef team directly to our guests seated around the kitchen.
We offer an a la carte as well as a tasting menu nightly Tuesday -Saturday.
