What You’ll Do:
- Assist our Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensure high culinary standards.
- Prepare and present dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, upholding food safety standards.
- Help mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning.
- Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menus and special dishes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, with a solid understanding of culinary techniques.
- Passion & Drive: A love for food and a desire to excel in the culinary world.
- Organizational Skills: You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Team Player: You’re ready to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
