Pastry Cook

Momoya Soho Japanese Restaurant is looking for a FULL TIME Pastry Cook & Bakers for an upscale restaurant in Soho Area and sister project Happy Tuna.

Momoya Soho is a modern new concept upscale Japanese restaurant featuring a full sushi bar, a full Wine/sake/beer bar, and the two main dining rooms with outdoor seating in the heart of the SOHO area (a corner of Prince St. & Mulberry St).

Qualification/Requirements – Pastry Cook/Bakers:

• 0 years of Pastry kitchen experience but some knowledge is preferred.
• A passion and excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
• Japanese dessert experience a plus
• Comfort in a high-volume/fast-paced environment with good communication skills
