The team is currently seeking a Sous Chef who is interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing Italian fare made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in high volume, fast-paced, culinarily driven kitchens
- Prior experience training and leading a large hourly culinary team
- Passion for training and development of others
- Attention to details of food quality, preparation, and presentation
- Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
- Strong written and computer skills

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $75,000.00)
