Requirements
- Hosting experience preferred, especially in fine dining
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Commitment to delivering a superlative guest experience
- Ability to maintain an organized seating schedule and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Professional and congenial demeanor
- Ability to stand for an entire shift (8-9 hours)
- A team oriented and collaborative mindset 
- Availability Wednesday - Saturday evenings
