Job Details

Red Apron Burger bar is seeking an assistant manager to aid with day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.

Red Apron, known for blending whole-animal butchery with modern American cooking, has entered the burger market to bridge the gap between premium restaurant and quick service offerings. Having spent the better part of a decade researching beef production and meeting with farmers from around the country, Chef Anda has chosen to source exclusively from local Virginia cattle farmers for his burger joint. We support local Virginia beef farmers that not only abide by sustainable farming practices, but also pledge to evolve their approach to responsible cattle rearing.

Beer Director Greg Engert has designed a complimentary beer program, the likes of which is not often seen in a quick service setting. Having identified hop-forward beers as the best match for Anda's burgers, Engert has curated numerous draft options in that category, from Pilsners and classic Pale Ales to Double IPAs and Hoppy Reds.

As with all Neighborhood Restaurant Group restaurants, Red Apron Burgers' main focus is on hospitality and providing the best overall experience for every guest. We provide an environment that encourages staff education and professional growth, but most importantly, we want our staff to have fun and truly enjoy being part of this experience.
