Nightbird is a small tasting menu restaurant in the heart of Hayes, looking for a highly motivated person to join our small team. We are looking to fill the position of chef de partie on the nights of Tuesday through Saturday. An ideal cook would be someone inspired by the markets, growth, and change in our industry and someone who is dedicated to quality.
