Work alongside Gianni Vietina of Madeo Ristorante and Federico Fernandez of the Four Seasons at their restaurant, Bianca. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an all-day bakery, Bianca offers a diverse menu influenced by Italian, Argentinean, and French culinary traditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by cleaning, cutting, and cooking as required
• Plate dishes according to the Executive Chef's guidance
• Maintain high quality and presentation for all dishes leaving the kitchen

Requirements

• Open availability preferred
• Prior experience in fine dining required

Compensation
Starting at $19-21/hour, depending on experience.
