DAUPHINE'S IS LOOKING FOR BARTENDERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
Join a team of passionate, talented bar and restaurant professionals dedicated to transporting our guests to the spirit and rich cocktail culture of New Orleans. Dauphine’s is a modern-day incarnation of the legendary Grande Dame establishments of New Orleans, created by the award winning Long Shot Hospitality Team - 2024 RAMMY winners for Restaurateur of the Year. Opened in Spring 2021, Dauphines has established itself as one of the premier dining and drinking establishments in downtown DC. The spacious three level restaurant features a beautiful central bar and hightop banquette area as well as a large festive outdoor bar and garden area.
For the beverage program, Dauphine’s joins forces with proprietor Neal Bodenheimer of Cure Co., New Orleans’ acclaimed cocktail-focused hospitality group whose eponymous flagship, Cure, was the 2018 winner of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Cocktail Program.
We are seeking experienced, and confident TEAM players with a true passion for the cocktail craft and a genuine commitment to providing world class service and hospitality.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an upscale/fine dining high volume setting
- Excellent general knowledge of food, wine, spirits & beer
- Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Team oriented and positive mindset
- Open availability, including weekends & holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,200
