Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook in a busy full-service restaurant
• The ability to work primarily PM shifts and a flexible schedule 
• Experience in Italian, Mediterranean, or California inspired restaurants is preferred
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
