La Tela Pizzeria on Kiawah Island, SC is interviewing for a range of culinary team positions, including line cooks. Compensation starts at $20+ (BOE). As a member of the culinary team at La Tela, you will be educated and trained on all the stations dedicated to service as well as kitchen production. For example: garde marger, butchery, pasta, bread and pizza making . Hourly wage increases as you progress through the kitchen. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. La Tela Pizzeria has been serving the Islands Neapolitan style pizza and house-made traditional Italian cuisine since 2009. Family-run and operated, we are proud of the relationships we’ve built with the local community and farmers we buy from. Whether it is the pasta made with eggs from SC pasture-raised chickens, wood fired pizza topped with shrimp from SC waters, or a bottle of Barolo from a family-run vineyard in Piedmont, Italy, you can taste the love we have for only sourcing the best.
