BARTENDER/SERVER
Winter's seeks a friendly, talented, mature, responsible industry professional with a genuine desire to deliver great guest experiences for this key position on our small, close-knit team.
We are passionate about what we do and are looking for a like-minded, enthusiastic team player who is dedicated to their craft and who will share our aim of making Winter's the best Jazz club in Chicago.
This position will likely average 2-4 shifts/week. The position is as a bartender/server. We are seeking someone who will cross-train as a bartender and server and work at either position as needed. Consistent availability required and some Sunday availability strongly desired.
We’re looking for an experienced and proven cocktail bartender/server who thrives on high-volume nights while remaining cool under pressure. Of course, preparing and serving great drinks quickly is only a portion of the role -- we seek a team member who understands that he/she is an ambassador of the establishment... someone who truly enjoys the interaction of serving patrons who love Live Jazz. Because we’re such a small team, it is essential that we maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
We offer a professional and enjoyable work environment where all associates are treated with respect and as valued members of the team -- and we expect all team members to treat each other likewise. Working at Winter's, you'll enjoy the benefits of catering to an upscale clientele in a great neighborhood, shorter shifts (usually 5-7 hours), light side work (we don't offer food), and, of course, the opportunity to enjoy listening to the best Live Jazz in Chicago while you work.
If you are looking to be a part of a special team that shares your commitment to providing exceptional service, we can't wait to learn more about you.
